Pauline Rutere

Pauline Rutere is a professional with extensive experience in social media management and customer care, currently serving as a Social Media Executive at Betika.com since June 2017. In this role, Pauline is responsible for managing the content pipeline, account management, content planning, copywriting, and monitoring and evaluation of social media activities. Prior to this, Pauline worked as a Customer Care Representative, adapting brand voice and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution on social media platforms. Additionally, Pauline has experience as an Environmentalist and Environmental Impact Assessment Officer while being self-employed from July 2016 to September 2021. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a focus on Community Development from Kenyatta University, earned from 2012 to 2016.
