ROSE WANGUI KOGI is a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager with extensive experience in Human Resource management. ROSE has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). In their roles, ROSE has overseen HR functions, carried out organizational development, managed recruitment processes, and implemented talent engagement strategies.
