Victor Odera

Victor Odera is a highly experienced software development manager with a robust background in leading technical projects and teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Betika.com since July 2022, Victor supports application design, development, and delivery processes, while also managing software teams to achieve project goals. Previously, at Sukuma Ventures, Victor held roles as Technical Product Lead and Technical Product Manager, focusing on technology integration and Web3 applications. Earlier experiences include managing technical projects at Pareza Group ApS and serving as both Senior Software Engineer and Implementation Engineer at Tracom Services Limited. Victor's technical acumen is complemented by a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology from Strathmore University, completed in 2016.
