Better with Betker – Your Nordic Refractory Partner.

Better for Business, People, and a More Sustainable Future.

Founded in 1977, Betker Oy has grown from a local pioneer in recycled refractory materials to a trusted Nordic partner with global reach. Today we design, manufacture, and deliver tailored refractory solutions that keep critical high-temperature processes running reliably.

Our main customers are steel and metal producers across Finland, the Nordics, and Central Europe. With our latest acquisition, Betker has expanded into new markets, welcomed new colleagues, and strengthened production capacity and logistics to serve customers faster and more flexibly.

Sustainability is at the core of our work: over 25 % of our raw materials come from recycled sources, and we continue to innovate new ways to reduce environmental impact and support our customers’ sustainability goals.
