Alison Merlo, PMP, ACP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience across various industries including iGaming, travel, home warranty, hospitality, and technology. Currently serving as a Project Manager at BetMGM since October 2022, Alison drives the iGaming roadmap features and participates in PMO working groups to enhance processes within the organization. Prior roles include Project Manager at Priceline, where transformation initiatives improved customer experience and streamlined operations, and Digital Project Manager at HomeServe USA, focusing on web-based solutions for millennial consumers. Alison's background also includes managing global IT project teams at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and leading technology projects at Save the Children USA. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, Alison demonstrates a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines.
