Rakesh Narayana is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Mars since 2024, overseeing global teams in competitive intelligence, performance management, strategic planning, and M&A for the Pet food division. Rakesh is also a member of the Impact Council at Fast Company, collaborating with innovation leaders to address impactful business and societal topics. Previously, Rakesh held various significant roles at Reckitt from 2014 to 2024, including General Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Director, and Chief-of-staff to the Divisional President. Earlier in the career, Rakesh was a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2014, focusing on digital transformation and corporate M&A, and completed competitive summer internships at Shell in 2010 and 2011. Rakesh holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Nottingham and completed Executive Education in Digital Transformation at IMD in 2018.
