Syamsivan KC has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Lead - Talent Acquisition at BETSOL since November 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this, Syamsivan worked at Microland Limited as a Recruiting Analyst from January 2018 to November 2019, and at Accenture as a Recruiter between September 2016 and January 2018. Earlier in the career, Syamsivan was a Senior Executive in Recruitments at Floret Consulting from October 2014 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University (2010-2014) and a Higher Secondary degree in Computer Science from St. Ann's Senior Secondary School (2008-2010).
