Beverly Scott

Beverly Scott, MHROD, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Better Angels and as Founder and Principal Leadership Coach at Get Curious Consulting and Coaching, Beverly has previously held significant roles including Chief People Officer at Epic Staffing Group and Vice President of Human Resources at Emerald Health Services. With expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation, Beverly has made substantial contributions to various organizations through strategic interventions in HR practices and culture development. An educator as well, Beverly has taught human resource management at Pepperdine University and is certified as a coach through the Hudson Institute. Educational qualifications include an MA in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine University.
