Cherie Ihnen

Cherie Ihnen, SPHR, currently serves as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Golf Fitness Specialist at Better Bodies Inc. since February 2023, focusing on helping individuals and small groups achieve their fitness, mobility, and strength goals. Additionally, Cherie serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Ascent 121, an organization dedicated to supporting teen survivors of trafficking and exploitation in Central Indiana, since December 2022. Cherie's extensive background in human resources includes roles as Head of Human Resources at VMS BioMarketing from April 2014 to September 2021, and as Regional/National Human Resources Director at ResCare from October 2007 to April 2014. Cherie also held the position of Regional Human Resource Director at Apple American Group LLC from February 2000 to August 2007. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
