Mitch Schroder is an accomplished professional in the fields of personal training and physical therapy, serving as the President, Owner, Personal Trainer, and Physical Therapist at Better Bodies Inc. since 1994, where services have reached over 200 clients per week. Mitch has a strong background in developing systems for personnel management and has held various roles, including Lead Physical Fitness Trainer and Physical Therapist while contributing to medical device innovation with patented inventions. Previous experience includes being a Medical Advisory Panel member for Biersdorff Inc., Lead Acute/Rehabilitation Physical Therapist at Industrial Rehabilitation Associates, and Staff Physical Therapist at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Computer Science from Iowa State University.

We have trained all ages and have had the pleasure of training collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.
