Elizabeth Garcia is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Better Buzz Coffee since May 2024, Elizabeth previously held the same position at Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas from May 2021 to April 2024, and at Carmel Valley Ranch from June 2018 to May 2021, where roles also included Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Pebble Beach Resorts from July 2015 to June 2018 in Guest Services, providing concierge assistance and managing large events. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business from California State University, Monterey Bay, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a High School Diploma from Everett Alvarez High School, completed in 2012.
