The leaders of Better Car People have a long and varied history in the automotive industry, as well as in business and marketing. Many of them have worked in sales or management positions at car dealerships, while others have experience in more general sales and marketing roles. Some have also served on the board of directors for various organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, the Union County Community Shelter, and the Union Symphony Society. In addition to their professional experience, many of the leaders also have advanced degrees from prestigious universities, including the MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
