Chi-Kuo Shen

Chi-kuo Shen has extensive experience in education and business development, currently serving as Chairman of Better Chinese LLC since March 1998, focusing on publishing and facilitating Chinese language and cultural learning for non-Chinese-speaking communities, particularly K-16 students. Chi-kuo Shen is also a Co-Founder of BetterChinese.com, driving overall development and strategic planning since March 1997. Previous roles include Chairman of Promised Life Development Co., Ltd. and Executive Director at Cyber City International, with a focus on investment and business development. Chi-kuo Shen has held significant positions at Geophysical Earth Research Corp. and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, where responsibilities included regional project development and investment promotion. Educationally, Chi-kuo Shen earned a BA in General Arts & Sciences from Penn State University.
