Yannick Touchard

Yannick Touchard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, finance, and coaching. Currently serving as the Head of HR and Finance at Better Collective in Paris since December 2017, Yannick has achieved a 100% retention rate over the last four years in a multicultural and fast-growing environment. In addition to this role, Yannick acts as an Executive Coach at Humanistes, specializing in coaching and training for collaborative work. Previously, Yannick held positions such as Partner at New Angles, where B Corp business consultancy focused on integrating sustainability into business practices, and Business Director at Pullmedia, achieving significant growth and facilitating change management.
