Faisal Ashfaq

Faisal Ashfaq is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Human Resources & Operations Coordinator at Better Cotton since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Administration Officer at the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS) from February 2013 to March 2017, where Faisal led administrative and policy initiatives for research clusters. Previously, Faisal was the Office Administrator at the Institute of Business & Management, UET, Lahore, supporting senior management with administration and strategy from February 2012 to January 2013. Faisal's career began at SAS, where responsibilities included supporting the Country Manager and the Pakistan team with administrative tasks and communication from May 2006 to April 2011. Faisal holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
