Gozel Baltaeva

Gozel Baltaeva is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Better Cotton since September 2022, Gozel previously held the position of People Management Advisor at CHS Alliance, providing strategic support to HR leaders. Gozel's experience at the International Committee of the Red Cross includes significant contributions as a Performance Management Adviser, where a new continuous performance management system was implemented, and as a Business Analyst for a global ERP transformation project.
