Joanna Falcone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joanna began their career in 2010 as an Intern & Contributing Writer at Four Green Steps. Joanna later worked as a Chainsaw Crew Member at Rocky Mountain Youth Conservation Corps in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Forest Inventory Technician at Colorado State University. From 2010 to 2012, they were also a Newsletter Editor at mothering Mother. In 2015, they joined Bright Planet Solar and held various positions, including Project Manager, Director of Project Management, Director of Process Development, and Vice President Operations. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Operations at Bright Planet Solar, where they worked from August 2019 to November 2020. Currently, they are the VP of System and Process Development at better earth, starting in August 2021.

Joanna Falcone completed their Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Environmental Studies from McGill University, from 2008 to 2012. Joanna later pursued a Master's Degree in MBA- Sustainability and Alternative Energy from Franklin Pierce University, from 2014 to 2016.
