Bruce Chapman

Bruce Chapman is currently an advisor at Better Future Forward. Prior to this, they were a business services manager at Intura from March 2021 to March 2022. At Intura, they were responsible for leading the development of the company's integrated management system, which resulted in successful ISO accreditation within 9 months. Bruce also helped develop processes, procedures, and reporting for the Western Downs Green Power Hub (Solar Farm), resulting in the successful onboarding of over 300 employees. In addition, they coached internal sessions to improve team performance and communication, and conducted HSE/business risk management reviews. Finally, they assisted with business development activities to secure new clients and ensure the needs of current clients were met.

Bruce Chapman has a Bachelor of Electronic and Electrical Engineering from James Cook University. Bruce also has a Master of Engineering Management from Curtin University. Bruce is currently working on their PhD from Authentic Education. Bruce also has an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management. Bruce has a Graduate Certificate of Business from the Australian Institute of Management. Bruce is certified by IBM in Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and IBM Garage Essentials. Bruce is also certified by Authentic Education in Certified Results Coach (ICF submission pending).
