Amber Bel'Cher

Amber Bel'cher serves as the Vice President of Development at the Better Government Association, having assumed the role in May 2023. Previously, Amber held the position of Director of Development at the Chicago Humanities Festival from January 2021 to March 2023, where operational fundraising expertise led to the establishment of a $4.5 million annual goal. Amber's extensive experience includes director roles at Step Up, the Chicago Children's Museum, Goodman Theatre, Writers Theatre, and Next Theatre Company, demonstrating a strong track record in fundraising, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
