As Managing Director at Better Health Company since 2007, Freeman has collaborated with government, community, and leisure partners to deliver evidence-based healthy lifestyle solutions, including weight management and workplace wellness programs. Prior to this, as General Manager of MEND Australia from 2007 to 2011, Freeman successfully led the organization's international expansion into Australasia, overseeing health-related projects in collaboration with government and community partners. Freeman's career began at MEND UK as a Relationship Manager, where design, development, and implementation of health service support were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from La Trobe University.
