Rushabh R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rushabh started their career as a Teaching Assistant at NGK's Teaching Academy in 1999. Rushabh then interned at NeuroSpeech Technologies in 2004 before joining Amdocs as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr. CRM Consultant) in 2005. At Amdocs, they analyzed business workflows, identified process enhancements, and conducted training sessions for new team members. In 2009, Rushabh worked as a Business Intern at Freedom Health. In 2010, they joined Talent.me as the Director of Product Management, where they successfully grew the membership of the platform and improved user signup conversion rates through various strategies. In 2012, they moved to Better Health Group, where they held various roles, including Director of Product Management & Analytics and Senior Director of Medical Economics. At Better Health Group, they were responsible for developing and implementing a brand new Patient Information System, creating a scorecard to evaluate physicians, and designing an admission management tool. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President, Medical Economics at Better Health Group. Overall, Rushabh possesses a strong background in product management and analytics, with expertise in improving user experience and driving business growth.

Rushabh R. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) between the years 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their educational background, Rushabh R. obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in August 2015.
