Samantha O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Samantha currently works at Better Health Network as the Director of Business Intelligence & Systems. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Central Bayside Community Health Services where they held multiple positions including Manager of Transformation and Business Intelligence and Systems, Process, and Data Analyst. Before that, they worked as an Integrated Health Coordinator/Program Manager at the same organization. Samantha also has experience in the education sector, having worked as an English Language Teacher at Qatar Aeronautical College. Samantha has also worked at Qatar British Business Forum QBBF as an Office Manager & Events Organiser. Samantha began their career at HSBC as an Analyst Programmer and later worked at Aqua Global Solutions as a Program Analyst. Samantha started their career as a Senior Computer Operator at Merita Bank LTD.

Samantha O'Brien has a diverse education history. In 2022-2023, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Digital Transformation at RMIT University.
