Jillian Vaillancourt

Jillian Vaillancourt has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. In 2010, they began their career as the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Topaz International, where they led sales and marketing efforts. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at The Nagler Group, starting as an individual producer and eventually leading the team out of the Woburn, MA office. In 2017, they joined Supplemental Health Care as the Market Manager for the Boston market, and later became the Senior Market Manager, responsible for the allied and nursing divisions and managing a team of 10. In 2018, they became the Director of Strategic Accounts at BANKW Staffing, LLC, overseeing strategic recruiting efforts for the company's family of companies. Most recently, in 2022, they founded and became the Managing Director of VCourt Recruitment Partners, a full-service staffing, recruiting and consulting company focused on building strong relationships and partnerships.

Jillian Vaillancourt completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing from Babson College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
