Msn Erik Valencia Rn

Erik Valencia, MSN, RN, is a registered nurse currently employed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since January 2021. In addition to nursing, Erik has extensive experience in software development, having worked at Better Living Now since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing and refactoring software in RPG for the AS/400 IBM system, as well as facilitating the creation of EDI transaction software. Previous roles include a Patient Care Associate at Lenox Hill Hospital and a COVID-19 Relief Patient Care Technician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Erik has also served as an Emergency Medical Technician at Port Jefferson EMS, and held various managerial and customer service positions at Payless ShoeSource. Erik earned a Master's degree in Registered Nursing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
