Peter Dixon is an experienced IT professional with a focus on systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Better Living Now since November 2021, Peter specializes in the installation and support of Windows operating systems and utilizes remote support software. As the Owner of Computer Pitstop since July 2000, Peter has provided mobile repair services and adapted to contactless offerings during the pandemic. Previous roles include System Administrator II positions at Positive Promotions and Northwell Health, where Peter managed phone systems, resolved user issues, and supported Office 365 environments. Peter's technical skills are complemented by a solid educational background, including an Associate's Degree from Suffolk County Community College, with additional studies at Nassau Community College and Half Hollow Hills High School East.
