Priit Salumaa

Priit Salumaa is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering, business development, and startup mentorship. As the CEO and Founder of Better Medicine since September 2020, Priit leads a team of Deep Learning engineers focused on advancing cancer treatment. Priit co-founded Mooncascade in November 2009, contributing to its growth from a small team to a recognized player in the tech industry, holding various roles including Head of Business Development and Senior Sales Engineer. Priit has co-founded and contributed to multiple initiatives, including Solaride, Latitude59, MobileMonday Estonia, and the Garage48 Foundation, while also serving on advisory boards such as the Estonian Student Satellite Foundation. Priit holds a Master of Science in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Tartu.
