Louise Garfield

Louise Garfield is an experienced investment project officer currently working at Better Society Capital since November 2024. Previously, Louise held various roles at Norwood, starting as a YN Fundraiser from September 2021 to March 2023 and then advancing to YN & Fundraising Events Manager from February 2024 to November 2024. Louise began a career in event management with Sharky and George as a Party Team Member from October 2017 to September 2021. In addition to these roles, contributions were made as a Youth Worker at Finchley Reform Synagogue and Brighton and Hove Reform Synagogue from March 2018 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge in 2024, a Master's in Gender, Violence and Conflict from the University of Sussex in 2021, and a Bachelor’s in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of the Arts London, completed in 2020.
