Zbyněk Novotný

Zbyněk Novotný has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zbyněk currently works at Better Stack as a Talent Lead since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Lead at AhoyConnect from November 2021 to July 2022. In 2021, they worked at Accomango, where they held the positions of Head of People from September to October and People Operations & Talent Acquisition from March to August. From 2019 to 2021, Zbyněk was employed at productboard, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter from January 2020 to May 2021 and as a Talent Scout from August 2019 to January 2020. In 2015, they gained experience as the Chief Coordinator of Prague Student Summit and as a Lecturer at AMO - Association for International Affairs from 2015 to 2019. Zbyněk also served as an HR Specialist at Impact Hub Praha from November 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, Zbyněk was a BCG Student Ambassador at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2016 to July 2017 and worked as a Project Manager in the University Career Center at Czech Technical University in Prague from December 2016 to March 2017. Finally, they worked as a Golf Coach at Golf Janov from April 2011 to November 2016.

Zbyněk Novotný has a Bachelor's degree (Graduation with Honors - Red Diploma) in Human Resource Management from Czech Technical University in Prague. Zbyněk also holds a Master's degree in Economy and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business.
