Previously, Chad held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mission Loans and was the Executive Vice President of Consumer Direct and Portfolio Retention at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Additionally, Chad served as President of Direct Lending at loanDepot and held the role of Senior Vice President of Production at Discover Home Loans, a division of Discover Financial Services that acquired Lending Tree Loans.
