Jennifer Malin

Jennifer Malin is currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel at Better since May 2022. Previously, Jennifer was a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2000 to February 2020. Additionally, Jennifer also worked as an Associate at Bank of America from 2014 to 2017. Jennifer has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. cum laude in Art History and French from Wellesley College. Throughout their career, Jennifer has specialized in complex commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters including contractual disputes, securities, fraud, products liability, false advertising, class actions, internal investigations, bankruptcy, and insurance coverage.
