Kara Benton-Smith, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Benefits at Better.com, where global health and wellbeing expertise is leveraged to enhance benefits programs within a dynamic organization. Prior experience includes roles at Women In Need, Inc. and Medgar Evers College, CUNY, focusing on health and wellness frameworks, benefits administration, and HR consulting for non-profits. Previously, roles at Unilever, The Madison Square Garden Company, Viacom, Mount Sinai Health System, and Catholic Health Services provided extensive experience in benefits management across various industries.
