Shannon Blasingame

Shannon Blasingame is an accomplished professional in the field of mortgage underwriting with extensive experience at multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Underwriting at Better since October 2018, Shannon has held various roles including Director of Underwriting, Regional Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Manager, and Senior Underwriter. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Summit Funding, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, consistently recognized for high production and quality of loan packages. Additional roles include Commercial Development Project Coordinator at Interra Development Partners and Manager of Business Development at MILA. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Land Use Development from California State University-Sacramento.
