Suraj Mujawar

Suraj Mujawar has extensive experience in operations and production management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. At Sulzer, from June 2007 to January 2023, Suraj served as Head of Operations - Services India and Production Head, overseeing a diverse team that included 13 engineers and 124 blue-collar workers, and managing various operations such as machine shop activities, assembly, packaging, and spare parts. In January 2023, Suraj transitioned to John Crane as Plant Manager, focusing on plant operations, process improvement, industrial engineering, resource management, and team leadership. Earlier roles include Production Engineer positions at KSB Pumps Company Limited and Kirloskar Brothers Limited, where responsibilities included supervising assembly production and coordinating operations with various departments. Suraj is currently pursuing a PMP certification from Simplilearn. In addition, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from the State Board of Technical Education and Training in June 2000.
