Shweta Arora

Shweta Arora is an experienced professional with a strong background in commerce and finance. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Better since May 2019, Shweta has advanced through various roles including Team Lead, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to this role, Shweta worked as an Accounting Technician at Fluor Corporation from April 2017 to April 2019 and gained early experience as a Project Trainee at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where Shweta conducted a dissertation comparing investments in gold versus insurance products. Shweta holds a Master of Commerce degree from Panjab University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University, supplemented by a solid foundational education from Green Fields School in New Delhi.
