Dr. Carina Henning

Dr. Carina Henning began their work experience in 2015 as a PhD candidate and research assistant at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Dr. Carina later served as a postdoctoral researcher at the same institution from August 2020 to June 2021. In September 2021, Dr. Henning joined BetterDoc as a medical researcher.

Dr. Carina Henning completed their education at the University of Düsseldorf. Dr. Carina earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology with qualification for Fast-Track Promotion from 2011 to 2014. Dr. Carina then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology with a focus on Molecular Biomedicine from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Natural Sciences (Dr. rer. nat) degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from 2015 to 2020. Prior to their university education, Dr. Henning completed a Biotechnical Assistant degree at Berufskolleg Olsberg des Hochsauerlandkreises from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Henning has obtained several certifications. Dr. Carina received a certification in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) from GMP Academy in March 2021. In March 2016, they obtained the certificate "Fachkunde für gentechnisches Arbeiten in gentechnischen Anlagen nach §15" from AGCT Consulting GmbH. Furthermore, in July 2010, they acquired the certification "Tierversuchskunde nach §9 TierSchG" from Berufskolleg Olsberg des Hochsauerlandkreises.
