Andrea Pizarro Valenzuela

Andrea Pizarro Valenzuela has extensive experience in the field of People & Culture and Human Resources. Andrea is currently working at Betterfly as the People & Culture Director, a role they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People & Culture Chile at Betterfly from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Betterfly, Andrea worked at Oxford S.A. as the Gerenta de Recursos Humanos from July 2021 to January 2022.

From April 2011 to July 2021, they worked at Natura Cosméticos S.A. as the Jefa de Desarrollo Organizacional, where they led a team responsible for recruitment, selection, and internal promotions.

Andrea also served as the Encargada de Selección at Banco Estado Cobranzas. BECO from June 2009 to March 2011, where they managed all recruitment and selection processes, internal promotions, and corporate events.

Andrea'searly career included a role as an Asistente Social at Tradis Falabella from October 2005 to May 2009. In this role, they were responsible for employee support, benefits management, risk prevention, and recruitment. Andrea also played a key role in creating a positive work environment and organizing corporate celebrations.

Andrea Pizarro Valenzuela attended Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Social Assistance with a specialization in Human Resources (RRHH).
