Andrés O'Ryan Lesser has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andrés is currently working as the SVP Revenue Management Global at Betterfly since October 2023. Previously, at Betterfly, they served as the Country Manager for Chile & Argentina from January 2023 to December 2023, and as the Country Manager for Chile from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior to their time at Betterfly, Andrés worked as a Mentor at Endeavor Ecuador starting from June 2022. Before that, they held roles at Mercado Libre, where they served as the Sr. Head of Sales Latam Cross Border Trade | Global selling from November 2021 to June 2022, as the Sr. Manager | Head of Consumer electronics, Autoparts & Home improvement from March 2021 to November 2021, and as the Head of Consumer Electronics, Autoparts & Tools from August 2018 to March 2021. Andrés also gained valuable experience at Unilever, where they held multiple roles such as Gerente Canal Farmacias, Perfumerías y Grande tiendas | National Account Manager Drugstores from September 2017 to August 2018, Gerente de Negocios | Customer Business Manager Walmart Chile from January 2017 to September 2017, Gerente de Negocios | Customer Business Manager Cencosud from June 2015 to January 2017, Key Account Manager Farmacias y perfumerías from April 2014 to June 2015, Key Account Team Leader from October 2012 to April 2014, and as a Trade Category Planner from December 2010 to October 2012.

Andrés O'Ryan Lesser completed their undergraduate education at Universidad de los Andes (CL) from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a focus on English, Engineering, and Economics. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, specializing in Industrial Engineering. Andrés also holds additional certifications, including Data Science: R Basics from HarvardX and ETAPP from Instituto Chileno Norteamericano. In the future, they plan to take a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications at The University of Texas at Austin from 2023 to 2024, focusing on Computer Engineering.
