Priyanka Mahto

Priyanka Mahto is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager - HR at Betterhalf since August 2023, Priyanka previously contributed to Chargebee as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from June 2021 to July 2023, playing a key role in expanding the workforce from 600 to over 1200 employees by closely collaborating with the business to meet hiring needs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Anzy Careers, where strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment was demonstrated, and as an HR Recruiter at TripFactory.com, managing the complete recruitment cycle and associated formalities. Priyanka holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources from the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) in Bhopal and a BCA in Computer Science from the Extol Institute of Management in Bhopal.
