Paul Dearman

Paul Dearman is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology and counseling, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University since August 2022, where multiple psychology courses are instructed. Concurrently, Paul has been providing counseling services at BetterHelp.com and working as a Clinician with the Vive Family Support Program since 2018. Previous roles include Program Director positions at New Season and mindSet of Virginia, as well as HR/Clinical Operations Manager at Community Intervention Associates. Paul is certified as a Crisis Prevention Institute Instructor, effectively teaching crisis management to groups. Early career experiences include working as an intern in school counseling and coordinating internships at the Career Management Center of Old Dominion University. Paul is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University, having obtained a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Master’s in Counselor Education from Old Dominion University.
