Tom Fuller

Tom Fuller is the Senior Counselor at Colorado PTAC. Tom has over 20 years of experience working in procurement and contracting. Tom began their career as a Contract Specialist with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Tom then worked as a Contract Officer with the United States Department of Defense and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). In 2008, they became the Supervisory Contract Officer for the US Forest Service - Acquisition Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing 12 Contract Specialists and Purchasing Agents. Tom also served as the Acting Director of Acquisitions Directorate (AQM) from October 2008 to July 2009. In 2013, they became the Chief of Contracting Office (Senior Contract Specialist for Region) for 120 days. Tom has been with Colorado PTAC since 2018.

Tom Fuller has a Master of Science from The University of North Dakota in the field of Geography, as well as a Bachelor of Science from The University of North Dakota in the same field.
