John Potter is an accomplished marketing communications professional and creative entrepreneur with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications at BetterInvesting since March 2014, John contributes to the organization's mission of empowering individuals with sound investment education. In addition, John operates John Potter Pet Photography, specializing in fine art photography that captures the unique personalities of pets. Previous positions include Membership Representative at The Detroit Regional Chamber, Owner/Publisher of TRAVELHOST of Metro Detroit, and key leadership roles at i33 communications LLC, Michigan Virtual University, marchFIRST, Campbell-Ewald, and Arocom Marketing Group. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications, Film & TV from Michigan State University and has pursued further education at Eastern Michigan University.
