Andrew Wamala has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Andrew is currently the Director of Partnerships at BetterLesson, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of District Sales and Partnerships at EveryDay Labs from April 2022 to June 2023.
Before joining EveryDay Labs, Andrew worked at Amplio as the Enterprise Sales Director from August 2021 to April 2022. Andrew then spent three years at Ellevation Education as a Partner Development Manager from November 2018 to October 2021.
Andrew's earlier experience includes being the Regional Sales Director at Schoology from December 2017 to October 2018. At Naviance, they achieved significant sales accomplishments and played a crucial role in building partnerships with large urban school districts.
Prior to Naviance, Andrew held various roles in different companies. Andrew was an Account Executive - K12 Instructional Technology at Scantron (GlobalScholar Pinnacle Learning Suite) from an unspecified start date to September 2012. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Rockwell Collins - Airshow Systems in 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Andrew worked as a Sales Professional at Philips Medical Systems. Andrew began their career at Xerox Business Services as an Account Representative, where they worked from 1997 to 2001.
Throughout their career, Andrew has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, partnerships, and account management. Andrew has received numerous accolades and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating complex contracts.
From 2003 to 2007, Andrew Wamala attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
