Natalee Hawks

Natalee Hawks has a varied work experience in the education field. From 2017 to present, they have served as Director of Learning Design, Senior Manager: Learning Design, Manager: Learning Design, and Instructional Coach K-12 (all content areas) for BetterLesson. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Title III Director and Indian Education Specialist for the Office of Public Instruction in Montana. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Third Grade Teacher for Browning Public Schools. From 2005 to 2010, they were an English Language Development Teacher Leader and First and Second Grade Teacher for Aurora Public Schools. In their role as English Language Development Teacher Leader, they implemented an English Language Development Instructional Block for students in kindergarten through fifth grade and served as a model classroom for best practices with English Language Learners.

Natalee Hawks received their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Michigan in 2004. Natalee then continued their education at the University of Colorado Denver, where they earned their Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2009.
