Isabella de Martín, PCC, CPCC has a wealth of experience in human resources and executive coaching. Isabella began their career in 1979 as an Information and Public Affairs Officer at The World Bank. In 1993, they moved to the International Monetary Fund, where they held the roles of Advisor, Performance Management, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Officer. In 2013, they co-founded Volare Leadership International, where they served as Managing Partner. In 2016, they co-founded Volare Youth Leadership and served as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2019, they began working as an Executive Coach at BetterManager. In 2021, they joined the Board of Directors at Cambio Labs.
Isabella de Martín, PCC, CPCC has a diverse education history. Isabella obtained their Master's degree from American University - Kogod School of Business in Human Resources Management between 1996 and 1998. In 2003 and 2004, they earned a Certification from Georgetown University in Leadership Coaching. In 2012, they received a Certification from CRR Global in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. From 2013 to 2014, they earned a Co-Active Coach Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. From 2013 to the present, they have been a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program from The Coaches Training Institute. In 2018, they obtained a Certification from Wiley in Everything DiSC (TM) for Self-Awareness and Personal Assessment. In 2021, they earned an EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certification from the College of Executive Coaching in Emotional Intelligence. In November 2022, they will obtain a BetterManager Executive Coach Certification from BetterManager.
