Jennifer Gee, CPCC, MPIA

Jennifer Gee, CPCC, MPIA is a professional coach and consultant with 25+ years of experience in the business and non-profit sectors. Jennifer began their career in 2001 as the External Affairs Manager for Bechtel Corporation's Asia Pacific region, where they led regional employee communications, media relations, and public affairs. In 2004, they joined Gap Inc. as the Director of Global Internal Communications, developing strategies, messaging and events to educate and motivate employees. Jennifer was later promoted to Senior Director of International Communications, and then Senior Director of Asia Corporate Affairs & Global Localization. In 2019, they joined Geewhizbiz as a Coach and Senior Communication Consultant. In 2021, they became a Leadership Coach at BetterManager and Special Projects at KinderCare Education Centers.

Jennifer Gee has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Asian Studies, from the University of Arizona. Jennifer then completed post-graduate study in Political Science at Heidelberg University. In 2019, they completed the Core Coaching Curriculum from the Co-Active Training Institute. In 2020, they obtained their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. In 2021, they obtained their ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Masters of Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) and is expected to obtain their BetterManager Executive Coach certification from BetterManager in 2022.
