Yelena Oleinikova

Yelena Oleinikova is a seasoned Lead Level Designer with extensive experience in developing match-3 and match-2 games. Currently employed at BetterMe since March 2021, Yelena excels in team management, structuring development processes, and creating engaging levels while implementing A/B testing strategies. Previously, Yelena held the same title at MP Games from January 2020 to March 2021, where responsibilities included mentoring new team members and organizing a successful trainee program. Yelena's career began at Playrix, contributing to the popular project Homescapes as a Level Designer from May 2018 to January 2020. Yelena holds a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Vienna, completed between 2015 and 2018.
