Charles Frantz

Charles Frantz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently, Charles serves as a Software Engineer at Betterment since March 2020. Prior to this, Charles held multiple positions at Signal ™ from August 2011 to November 2019, advancing from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Earlier experiences include working as a Technology Consultant for Grinnell College Information Technology Services, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, as well as serving as a Neuroprosthetics Lab Programmer at Motorlab, focusing on 3D visualization and programming in Python. Additionally, Charles acted as a Computer Science Tutor, assisting students with complex concepts and debugging. Academic achievements include a degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, and Philosophy from Grinnell College, where research work involved image processing and machine learning.
