Sierra Quiros currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Talent and DEIB Programs at Betterment, where responsibilities include building talent development programs and managing employee resource groups (ERGs). Prior to this role, Sierra supported talent development and DEIB education at Betterment as a Program Manager and served as the ERG Program Lead and Talent Development Coordinator. Additionally, Sierra is the Founder of Hamov Eh, a growing CPG brand with a presence in farmers markets. Previous experience includes roles at Squarespace, where Sierra co-chaired the Somos Squarespace ERG and developed the company’s first in-house interview workshop for underrepresented minority students. Other significant roles include special events coordination for the City Parks Foundation and the Food Bank for Westchester. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego.
