Tara Ghai

Tara Ghai currently serves as Communications Manager at Betterment since October 2025 and previously held the same title at Cover Genius from March 2022 to October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Manager, Marketing PR & Communications Specialist, and various positions at Allison+Partners from July 2019 to March 2022, where client work encompassed brands such as Visa, Toyota Motor North America, and Zenni Optical, among others. Early career roles include internships at Blast PR and other organizations, along with a position as Show Host for KCSB-FM in Santa Barbara. Tara Ghai earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a Minor in Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara, alongside a study abroad program in Communication and Media Studies at Charles University in 2017.
