Tess Rickert

Tess Rickert is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various facets of Human Resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Betterment since June 2022, Tess has previously led the People Operations function at Level and has held positions at CircleCI, including HR Manager and HR Coordinator. Earlier career roles include a Global Services Consultant at Altair Global and an Assistant Paralegal II at Fragomen Worldwide.
